How We Work

understand our process

SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION

We meet with our clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. We assess the space and discuss the vision and goals to make sure we are the right fit for the job. We also have a site visitation for proper assessment.

2.

PLANNING, DESIGNING, DEVELOPMENT

Detailed plans and layouts are developed, considering the flow, functionality, and ergonomics of the space. We help select materials, colors, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, if necessary and create detailed drawings and renderings of the new living space.

3.

PERMITTING AND EXECUTING

The design plan is executed, involving coordination with all contractors, perm and tradespeople, overseeing installations, and ensuring the project stays on schedule. We add finishing touches to achieve the perfect look and feel.

4.

CONSTRUCTION

We do a final walkthrough with our clients to ensure satisfaction, and any necessary adjustments are made before project completion. From there, relax and enjoy your new living space!
